CHOOSE YOUR PROTECTION

Simply choose between three insurance packages.

BASIC: Limit your responsibility for theft or accidental damage to the rental vehicle. This insurance is already included in your offer.
COMFORT: Cancel your responsibility for accidental damage to the rental vehicle. This insurance includes an excess (compensation penalty) in case of theft to the rental vehicle.
PREMIUM: Excludes all your responsibility, for damage or theft.

FOR CUSTOMERS’ SECURITY

All the high-touch surfaces of the vehicle (handles, steering wheel, dashboard, control panel, gearbox and the trunk) are disinfected before the rental.
All the locations are equipped with touchless hand sanitizer dispensers containing Germ Protection 70% Isopropyl Alcohol Sanitizing Gel available to all customers at reception and shuttle bus areas.

In addition, the use of face protection masks and other protective equipment (such as disposable gloves) is strictly mandatory for all the RentSmart24 staff.
